The men are said to have lesser problems with their sexual health. They are known to keep better sexual health records than the women. But this is not the case everywhere. In certain generations and in some regions the men have faced enormous sexual problems. Not only this, the modern day man is actually facing the same number of sexual health problems as women. We can not ignore the sexual health concerns of the men. This is mainly due to these factors.

1.Bad eating habits: ‘Bad eating habits’ is the major cause of improper sexual health in both men and women. Normally the men are not good at maintaining a good eating schedule. This is so because of their tough schedules and the limited amount of free time that they get. They would miss the lunch and would have late dinners at times. They are also not good with the breakfast as they have to rush to the office. The men are generally bad at organization and organizing food routine is one of their problems. This thing causes some serious sexual health related problems. The sperm count and the sperm quality get affected. It also affects other parts of their life and they are suddenly surrounded in all sorts of problems.

2.Improper food: Again the food becomes another major reason for their failure to remain at good health levels when it comes to the sexual health. The improper food may not affect the overall body shape as much as much it does the sexual health. The men are habitual of eating the same food everyday at the lunch and they would often compromise the quality of the food. They do not consider consuming different ingredients and this makes them sexually week. It can cause a variety of problems and in fact it is causing all these problems to the modern day man. The solution to this is simple. The men will have to be more careful about their food if they want to attain a good level of sexual health.

3.Bad and busy routine: The modern day man is busy. He hardly finds the time for the recreation and the exercise. What this does is really of great concern. It builds anxiety and tension. And both of them lead to enormous sexual health related problems. The men find it hard to take time out for a daily workout. This results in a couch life which remains the major reason for many sexual health related problems. What these men need to do is to take 20 minutes out from their daily routine in order to stretch their muscles a little. It will not only keep them physically fit but will also keep them away from the tension and anxiety, resulting in better sexual health.
